I have a history of severe anxiety and panic attacks, sleep paralysis, and perception alterations. I'm currently trying to find the best way to deal with them. I also had a minor problem with self-harm in the past as a coping method for anxiety, but fortunately, I've worked through it and haven't self-harmed in almost two years. However, now I'm keeping a drug/alcohol problem at bay. Self-medication isn't really a good thing. I'm here to talk about mostly anything!
