@kawttonkandii nowdays even doctors recommended it. It helps alot with chronical pain, pain from surgeries and specially emotionally, in situations of depression, anxiety or any other disorders. People who judge you clearly never did enough research. If it helps you and you use it simply to control your anxiety, I see nothing bad with it
