Thank you. I let him know today. He actually knew something was up because I didn’t want to talk to him yesterday, so he figured I lapsed. He is very understanding, I just hate hurting him :/ And I’m sorry that you had a lapse as well, I hope things are better today!

Thank you oli for the support as well I’m sorry I didn’t reach out and ask for help. I was in the midst of a panic attack, and my mind isn’t very rational when I have those :/ I did tell him the truth though and felt better after.
