    I suggest you see a therapist, it sounds like something is troubling you in a huge way. Finding a solution , working with a therapist may help his and help you focus on whats causing you to lose energy and focus on what you once really wanted. Do not give up hope my friend!     I was quite similar to you- always giving people advice. I once gave a girl so much support, she would only contact me for advice , and never ask me or listen to my issues, or if she did, she would speed through them like they didn’t matter.
