    @layla95 but that’s even worst!! so they are black people and they’re being racist towards you?? They’re creating a bad imagine for black people which is sad to see. Besides colour doesn’t matter when it comes to being bad and good, so many white people are other racists commit crime, idk why nowdays is only black people who are considered evil… :(

    @layla95 yes! When I’m stressed out multiple parts can hurt. Usually the left side of my stomach would hurt (due to my syndrom) but lately is on the abdominal area, hurts alot. I have no idea if it really is anxiety or not :/

    @layla95 I think is a fantastic idea, however be carefull in terms of your PTSD. Cops usually have it due to bad experiences and since you already have it can be worst. What I recommend (if you can) is therapy and maybe a service dog to help you out, so you can persue your dream. Besides this the only think you have to worry is the physical state…[Read more]

      I’m glad that I could help! Your today seem to be pretty busy but maybe that’s what you need right now you know? Jogging isn’t a cure all but doing things with friends surely helps. Update as your day progresses :)

      I never plan that far in advance for a jogg. It would ruin my next 7 hours. I just decide to do it and do it. Impulse jogging. that’s my style.
