I feel like I need to clarify something though because even psychologists are putting this as me self harming like it’s done purposely. It was done in fright and agitation with my own nails, I had no idea. I wasn’t purposely trying to hurt myself I genuinely didn’t know what I was doing.

I had my last CBT workshop before actually starting CBT which may take a while so I pulled the psychologist aside and asked her what I could do in the meantime cause it’s getting a bit unbearable, she’s being kind enough to send me and OCD/CBT workbook through the mail so I an get a head start before the actual therapy starts.
