I had my last CBT workshop before actually starting CBT which may take a while so I pulled the psychologist aside and asked her what I could do in the meantime cause it’s getting a bit unbearable, she’s being kind enough to send me and OCD/CBT workbook through the mail so I an get a head start before the actual therapy starts.
