120 Rank - Passing StrangerI’m new to therapy in any form. I had a workplace incident a few years ago where I nearly drowned, (i work as a diver). Since then I have done other work in the same industry, but I now have to get back into the water in order to further my career. Need some help getting over my (irrational) fears.
