@Girl at war I suffer from severe migraines, and I understand how horrible they are. It’s best to lay down in a dark room, turn off all phones/TVs or anything and lay in silence, get some sleep and just get rid of it Painkillers/paracetamol/ibprofen help a lot too! Everything user @guava said is correct. Get yourself into a dark, quiet room and just sleep it off. That’s all you can do. There is no ”cure” for migraines except rest.

Thank you @Guava for the advice but the megrain is still not gone I guess the next step is going to the doctor
