There’s a lot of violence happening and it’s sad how hateful some people are. I understand that it’s on your mind a lot because so many bad things are all over the news. And it’s not something you can just turn off by not watching the media. Personally, I watch ’restore your faith in humanity’ videos when everything seems dark. It can be uplifting for a moment to watch the good side of humanity, such as people rescuing animals.

There’s so much bad happening in the world right now @m1s1m3, war and conflict doesn’t help anyone, @little-angel-2 is right, watch heart-warming and kind videos of people being good to each other beautiful Marta, try to focus on all the happy moments in the world if you can sweetie, don’t let the negativity and darkness get you down because out of all the bad, there is still decency and hope, feel free to inbox me anytime if you need to talk Marta, stay strong, you are never alone <3 (hugs)

You are both right @oliver and @little-angel-2. Even if I try to absolutely disconnect from the media, I still know about the news from people talking to each other, or from TVs that are on at my work place… I do as you both said, I watch wholesome videos and do activities that keep my mind calm.
