    • Aw, I’m sorry, I know how that feels. When you’re angry make sure to surround yourself with things you like i.e. music, a hobby, and just remember to breathe in and out and look up something that may make you happy or forget about the situation/person that has made you angry. For example, cute animals, funny videos or pictures, if you like to write or draw that would be a good idea as well.
