@oliver is truly hard to sometimes find that tiny light in life that shouts ”things get better!”. I know is cliche but they can get better. What about starting your day a different way? like a stable but different routine? With different hobbies, maybe some new recepies for food? Maybe even walk to the park. Just some new stuff that can make you more motivated
@oliver you really need to take time to look yourself in the mirror to see how much of an angel you are. You help so many people. It’s time where I was in my room shaking crying wanting to die and you and @marikofujimoto was there saying words of encouragement. You need to learn to aporeciate yourself and let your positive words be your actual strengths to make it out of this hellish world. You will be just fine. Why? Because we’re here to help YOU. Take the time to be selfish and help yourself if you have to. Everyone will understand.
