Just don’t loan people things or money. So long as you aren’t loosing things and they are just crap people emotionally.. well, I dunno because I literally have no friends. Well… I have one, who lives 2 hrs away.. and he’s awesome, wouldn’t trade him in for 10 random new friends… quality over quantity, remember that you only need one solid friend you can trust. Then, preferably at least one family member you’re close to and/or a romantic partner. I personally see it as a relationship triforce, like Zelda style, lol. So long as you have someone you can trust, so many types of trust; loyalty, confidence, faith in someone, being able to confide in someone, all of these things are just different ways we trust in people.
If you don’t feel you can trust anyone, you can always hit me up. Although I’m not ”in your life” so I can never fully understand what’s going on, I also have no interest in gossiping about you later to your friends I don’t know, etc. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to talk to a stranger because they don’t judge, and if they do, you just go ”poof” and they’re gone… a lot harder to do in real life. Also, an outside perspective can be valuable in it’s clarity, not being altered by different biases, etc. I tried setting up a 24/7 chat on Discord, but that kinda fell apart, I am too unreliable to be running the show all day, everyday. But I might take another crack at it, who knows.
