Some of them might seem a bit silly, but they’re my go-to happy songs that never fail to put a smile on my face when it’s needed or take my mind off things, and because I’m rambling I won’t explain what the songs mean for me but.. Here goes: McFly – I’ll Be Okay, Love Is Easy, 5 Colours in Her Hair, One for the Radio Hall & Oates – You Make My Dreams Elliot Minor – Better Than The Courtroom and Running Away Hanson – Lost Without Each Other and MmmBop Fun. – We Are Young, Carry On The Killers – Mr Brightside, When You Were Young Owl City – Shooting Star (pretty much anything by him to be honest) And I guess I should even if up a bit with songs that are a little less happy and a lot more meaningful: Gavin Mikhail – Brave, Stay, Days Gone By, cover of I will follow you into the Dark Hanson – Broken Angel, With You In Your Dreams, Underneath, I will come to you, Go, The Walk, Use Me Up, Me Myself and I, Wish That I Was There McFly – Not Alone, I’ll Be Ok *shushes* What do you listen to when you need that pick-me-up or what helps you through the rough moments?

Just a warning, most of them have to do with dancing around in your underwear. Don’t be alarmed. The first two mixes are probably my favorites out of all of them. - http://8tracks.com/livetwisted/dancing-in-my-underwear - http://8tracks.com/jordanamixes/girly-dance-music - http://8tracks.com/jovanna/dancing-in-my-underwear-songs - http://8tracks.com/gribs/for-dancing-and-singing-around-your-room-in-your-underwear

Some of my favorites are Rainy Day by Coldplay, Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine, Shooting Star by Owl City, After the Storm by Mumford and Sons, Woodland by The Paper Kites, Runaway by Mat Kearney, Stay Stay Stay by Taylor Swift…wow I have a lot. It’s important to not listen to sad and depressing songs when you’re upset, because even if you can relate to what they’re saying, they’ll probably just worsen your mood. Hope this helps!
