Hey guys, I’m just wondering how many lifters are there here? I’m absolutely loving hitting the gym, lifting to the max, and getting these strong results. Just wondering how many are you guys lifting (I’m 225, or 2×45 plates on each side deadlifts).

Nah! I go to 24 fitness, they encourage it!

I lift: dead-lifts, squats with weights, bench press. It’s awesome to get stronger! :y

careful with lifting guys and girls, heavy is good, but not to heavy, spotter is your friend, injury and rehabilitation is a real danger when lifting heavy, I am sure you guys know this, but just friendly reminder!!:)
My one rep max:
Bench : 224 lbs
Deadlifts : 255 lbs
Squat : 239 lbs
I regularly do much lighter weights as i hit 10-15 reps for each set, never do one rep max, not power lifting soo..:)
