0 QA Reputation0 | Deleted User said 10 years, 4 months ago: careful with lifting guys and girls, heavy is good, but not to heavy, spotter is your friend, injury and rehabilitation is a real danger when lifting heavy, I am sure you guys know this, but just friendly reminder!!:) My one rep max: Bench : 224 lbs Deadlifts : 255 lbs Squat : 239 lbs I regularly do much lighter weights as i hit 10-15 reps for each set, never do one rep max, not power lifting soo..:) | |
