My family is full of oreos, hates oreos. Since kindergarten, race bullies who hate oreos have used public humiliation, insults, kicking, punching, choking, pulling guns on me, etc. to create symptoms over the years.

I have chest pains, night terrors, night sweats, heart palpitations, wheezing, choking, loss of appetite, etc. I have panic disorder, bipolar, PTSD and hypervigilance symptoms.

There have been nights where I had to lay sideways on the couch, shaking, with chest pains and wheezing. I had to breathe with my mouth open.
