I usually just do it by myself with peaceful music. I sit on a couch with my back against it so it is more comfortable, then I turn up the music to drown out most of the other noise and then I close my eyes and just try to think about nothing (which is easier said than done a lot of times).
I really want to start meditating… Did you do it as part of a group or at home? Tips would be useful and much appreciated!
