Never wait. You are better than that.
Do not disrespect yourself by taking the role of a dog begging for scraps.

I need help I don’t know what to do! I called my friend in class and she answered and the teacher took her phone. Now according to my friends he’s going to take my phone away tomorrow so do I leave it home or take it to school just so he can take my phone please help me
A teacher cannot force you to bring you to bring your phone in to be confiscated, but it would be a better idea to respect your friend and not call them while they are at school, subjecting them to the chance of losing their own phone.
Be upfront about your intentions, but if she doesn’t like you like that, she doesn’t. Try to not transform this fear of rejection into a sleazy hiding your intentions behind being a friend who wants to cheer her up.
