    Woke up with a quite serious anxiety attack today, because of overthinking and intrusive thoughts. Before I left home I had to check everything at least a dozen times (windows closed, no gas opened, no lights on, fridge closed…), and despite that, I won’t feel sure that I’ve done everything right. Then I closed the door (checked another dozen times it was fully closed…), went to my work place, and started my shift. But when I was 1 hour into it, I felt symptoms of a drop in my blood presure (heat, dizziness, nausea…). Fortunately, I could stop for a few minutes to recover, and then I kept working. Still into my shift, but I’m feeling better now. I wish I could stop the multiple thoughts that trigger my anxiety, it feels exhausting and frustrating.

    • Thank you so much for your kind words @oliver. It’s quite hard having anxiety on a daily basis, but as you said, finding ways to calm my mind is the best to keep it at bay.
