For me, that’s like saying ”If only I could program a video game.”
To program a videogame, you need to know how to do programming, you need to know how a videogame is like, how it works, what’s the best tool currently to make a video game, and so forth. Once you know about all those things, you can then start making your own videogame!
Similarly, If you know how feelings operate, why they are there, why we have them in the first place, what their purpose is.
Then you discover the ability to manipulate your feelings. You discover the ’buttons’ in your brain, which allow you to feel, the way you want to feel. Simple as that. @weenie

@weenie Is hard to control our minds but you can choose how to deal with the situations. If you focous on the positive like for example people you care about or things you love, that will give you positive energy to face your hard life situations and you’ll feel better. Is all about how we face things
