@Noah-2 I would like to thank you for the thoughtful testimonial that you wrote for me. I do my best to be there and to help others, though I do often have my down-days, no doubt.

But that also helps when it comes to being there for people. I think that it’s important to be open about your own struggles (without making it about yourself) when helping others, because it can bring them comfort to know that they’re understood and that they aren’t alone.
It’s also important to think deeply about the situation being presented. I try to put myself in their shoes, even when it’s a problem I haven’t actually faced myself.
