Whether somebody’s had worse experiences than you or not, it doesn’t make your experiences any less important.
And if you don’t know how to help someone, that’s okay. It isn’t your job to save every single soul. Sometimes, just being there is enough.
It never hurts to try; trying will do more than not. But if you can’t, then it’s alright. That’s not your fault.
