I’ve got a question, what would you rather have? Be able to fly, and be entirely free from obligations and rules and be free in whatever people you pick and what people you leave behind, without consequences… simply the definition of freedom, or would you rather have the experience, from lies you’ve got told, the scars you’ve gotten from backstabbers, the damaged heart you have, the consequences you get for every single decision you make while under pressure by deadlines. i would rather have the 2nd option. because if you succeed afterwards, you’re completely destroyed, but you’ve got something to live up on and be proud of. now my question to you is, what would you choose, and why?

    Mood : Curious
    • To fly. Though the experiences I have had and will have, definitely have shaped me, I would really like to be ”free” for once.

    • We all deserve to be happy and free of things which hurt us @thedutchfrenchman, you do too, hope you are OK, I want to see you feeling positive and awesome, if there’s anything on your mind, I’m always here if you need someone to chat too or if you need to vent :) (hugs)

    • @mynebc i understand that, and i would love that, but once you know that feeling, you will want more and more and you’ll throw life away hoping to get more of it.

    • @oliver don’t worry i’m doing good at the moment, just getting kinda tired of school and people that surround me. but everyone has that same feeling sometimes. just need to get over it.

The first option sounds so amazing, but by choosing that, I’d learn basically nothing.
The second option is just reality; a reality I’ve been through, and a reality I know I’ll continue going through. But I learn from every betrayal, every heartbreak, and every consequence I come upon, and my scars remind me of who I am and everything I’ve been through. They’re the proof that I’ve been through it all, that I know what life is capable of. But they’re also what proves that I’ve made it through all of that, which gives me a reason to keep going through everything else I may come up against, and to learn from all of those things, too.

So I choose the second option. I’d much rather live a life full of experiences, good and bad, because that’s what has made me who I am today.

    • @devilndisguise I respect that. it’s also been my reality, and i know that if i will be free to fly without the mess, I would probably give up on reality and fly away and never come back, and then, what would i accomplish?
