Cherophobia is a the predisposition towards glumness and is often described as the ”aversion to happiness”, it is the sensation that the moment things start to go well for a person that they automatically expect their situation to worsen.
Life is full of ups and downs, and our troubles are primarily learning to manage the downs, which is far easier said than done. The only real way to change things for the better is to change something in our lives. The popular phrase states ”If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” – If we want things to change for us, we must change things with ourselves.
Prayer does nothing except temporarily boost a person’s mood, and it doesn’t always do that. The act of pressing our hands together and muttering to ourselves does not have an intangible effect on the outside world, and to expect contrition to magically alter our fortune is intellectually dishonest.
Please don’t let bad times get you down @chandlerluv, things may seem hard Chandler but they will change for the better, try to focus on making things turn around, you can do it, everything will go your way and things will work out, try to stay as positive and upbeat as you can, keep going and never give up, you will make it, I believe in you, message me anytime if you want to talk, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
I know how that feels. . . I usually pray and hope that it would get better.

Life changes by doing things, not by wishing.
