    I haven’t drew my own blood in weeks, I have allowed my scars to fade. ”DIE” my three letter mantra come gory post-it note that I carved into my left wrist is barely visible. I don’t like it. Now more than ever I need to be reminded of my mortality and the futility of life. It’s been months since I attempted suicide but it’s starting to seem like a viable option again. I just don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m scared of what I’m capable of.

      It can be very tempting to do that again, but it’s not worth it. You’ve been going without it for weeks. Don’t give up. Make it months and eventually years.

      I made it through yesterday without doing anything, the thoughts are still there but I’m pleased with myself for staying strong, if only for half a day of bad thoughts. :)
