Scuse the language but what the fuck?! Trying to sleep last night and started hearing a voice in my head screaming ’you stupid sons of bitches, you’re all going to die!’ really viciously. I thought I was just dreaming till I realised I hadn’t even shut my eyes yet and I could still hear it. Of all the mental health issues I’ve had in my life, I’ve never once heard voices in my head. It terrified me, what the hell?
Some people hear auditory hallucinations while moving between sleep states, some googling about ”hearing voices while trying to sleep” might make you feel better.
Oh, that could explain a lot, I was literally just about to go to sleep. Scared the hell out of me though! Thanks.
