Everyone is different. Some people have a broken arm, others have a crack in their brain – but yes, we are all of value. Work to focus your thoughts to bring the two sides together. What makes you calm, or peaceful? Pursue the things that distract your brain from self-arguing.
Hey bekah345, there is such thing as thinking too much which is called over thinking. I know we use this most especially when we’re hurt or just because we don’t want whatever it is that causes us anxiety or pain to ever happen again. I am a thinker and i wonder this all the time, but think of this since you’re already thinking lol what would we do without the power to think and analyze situations? We’d probably have a harder time deciding which factor to proceed with. In any case, think to understand. When you feel overwhelmed train your brain to ask simple questions to keep you in a controlled thought process. Who, What, Where, When, and How.
