    i feel depressed… i feel like i need to sleep the stress and pain away… i was hoping i would feel happier and instead i’m feeling some kind of deep pain… its like i have anger but dont want to feel angry… i feel kind of like i had something to do with this but i’m not the one who made my friend’s decision so i dont understand why it’s affecting me.

      Focus on making yourself happier and positive @spectrolite7, be there for your friend as much as you can but take care of yourself too, I’m sure things will work out and everything will be OK, surround yourself with brightness and never give up, you can do it, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)
