dieting, I had gain some weight last year and kinda ruin my slim figure…
I look awful in tight dress, my jeans wont fit, my clothes are tight and even my boyfriend said i should lose weight!!!
My resolution is to get back to what i was before Chinese New Year. ><
But parents have been tempting me with oily suppers and dinner .. !!
Well, i should thanks my boyfriend that helps me to gain weight, he cant complain if i've look bit plump , he's been treating me late night supper almost once every week (crabs, prawns, marinated chickens and so on and on) HOW COULD I NOT FAT ??

Swim a mile in 45 mins. I used to be able to do it easily now i can do just over half in that time!
