What is your favorite training exercises? Every part of the body :) I need tips!

Windsurfing will exercise every single part of your body: legs, arms, core, back and improve your balance and cardio. Plus it's also the best sport in the world, but i could be a bit biased... xD
Windsurfing is like doing a pull up, an ab curl and a half squat all at the same time whilst trying to stay balanced on a board...

Going for runs outside! It alleviates stress, and gives your body an over all work out, some people hate cardio this way, but i find once you find a way to love it then your body will be thanking you!

Running while listening to an audiobook is my favourite exercise activity and arguably the only one I engage in. I don't do it to beat a time or anything, I just like to find a pace that I can keep up and then run for an hour or so around the locality.
