why do poeple think ….

Ok Im wondering why at times we think life is so hard but we are not willing to put in any effort.

We complain we have no friends,but we dont do anything about it.
we complain we have no job,but sit around watching tv all day.
We complain no one loves us when we dont show love neither.
We complain life is hard when we make it that way.

When we put in 5 cents worth,that’s all we will get out of it.We get as much as we put in.
I am not saying this is every one.But some times we just dont make any effort and expect to have every thing land on our feet,handed on a golden platter.
If we get advice,we dont listen,if we are given compliments,we dont take them.
Again I am not talking about every one here,but just food for thought!
Has any one out there never had it tough? I think we all know the answer.

Yeah I totally agree with you. Think of it as a painting, our eyes immediately look and scrutinize the flaws of the picture rather then stepping away and looking at the beauty of the whole piece. I believe that in the moment when something traumatic happens we don't really pay attention to what will happen but focus on what has happened and I mean that's fine, there's an emotional process that goes along with it and all it takes is time. But yeah I totally agree with you, we have all been sorry we have all been hurt but how we survive is what makes us who we are.

i look at it this way....., if you think you have it tough, just read a history book.......it amazes me sometimes that any of us are here today .
