Why are my friends inexplicably unable to see my emotions?

Frequently, in school, I’m angry (probably over nothing like usual) and I usually do have an angry face, but my friends apparently can’t tell. I even tell my friend that I’m mad and he said I don’t look mad, even though I was making absolutely no effort to hide my emotion (And none to emphasize it either). Is it possible that I have some sort of muscle disorder in my face? It would explain why I can’t bend the corners of my mouth and smile, and why I look like an idiot when I try to smile.

If you want people to respond to your emotions, how about you talk about it rather than trying to drop hints through your facial expressions. The problem is not about how you look when you are upset or mad. If you want someone to know you're upset, try saying "Listen, I'm really upset, can I talk about it?" Sometimes people just don't notice things, especially when they are busy at school or work. Just be honest and open up about how you feel instead of just trying to show it in your face. Good luck!

Wow I would be so happy if people couldn't see it when I am mad at them. Maybe you've got a gift there. :)
