I don't think this is an easy question; the struggle of men is different to the struggle of women. Both have it equally as hard.
Women and men often have different ambitions in life, that is true, but there are difficulties that only women may face, and difficulties that only men may face.
Women are encouraged to feel beautiful and embrace their bodies, only to be told on the next page in the magazine that they should lose weight for summer.
Men are looked upon to be strong and hardy, but often they are fragile and need a lot of care.
Both sexes have it equally bad, but it also depends on where you live. In Middle-Eastern countries I do think it's fair to say that women have it worse; not being able to leave the house without a man and not being able to drive or get basic education.
Society is not about making everyone succeed, but about giving everyone the same equal chance to achieve in what they do. Women can be disadvantaged, but so can men; men are mocked for being nurses instead of doctors, among many things.
Really if you ask me, I'd say we both have it equally hard, depending on where you are.
