You did do anything wrong, I'm so sorry you got this sad excuse for a Listener. He sounds to me like he has his own bias that caused him to get angry. Don't take it personally. As this website gets more popular, it will unfortunately attracted nasty people. If you do happen to run into him again,o or any other person who is rude to you, do not hesitate to report them! You can do that by clicking the little red flag button in the bottom right corner. A little box will come up asking for you to explain why you're reporting them, and then you should be as specific as possible. "Listener abruptly disconnected from conversation and was connected to them in chat again later and they used inappropriate, rude language ("F**K YOU") before disconnecting again", or something like that. I hope this helps, and as a regular Listener, I apologize that you got paired with such an awful one. xx
