Talking to your teachers. I'm in the same situation as you, but my teachers are pretty lenient when I let them know what's up. Teachers take on their job because they want to help and if you let them, you will help you. Don't hesitate to tell them you need an extension on your work or for their help. You'd be surprised what they're willing to do for you.But aside from that, does your school have an online resource, like Moodle or something?

If you go to Kahn academy you can use it to brush up on several skills for school, it will help YOU raise your grades, but doesn't directly integrate with the school itself. oh, and its free!I also know that talking to your guidance counselor can help get the things you need to raise your grades at times, maybe he/she has some other tools that can help.

Definitely talking to your guidance counsellor or teachers is the best place to start. Find someone that you can trust and they'll be able to direct you. Just explain your situation and that you need help to bring your grades up. I can guarantee you that someone will have a list of tutors available. Some of your teachers might even be willing to give you some extra help. Good luck :)
