So a while ago I suggested to my crush of nine months that we should head into town together some time between Christmas and my birthday in February (she’s pretty indoorsy so it’s a bit of a task to get her out). She didn’t seem hugely struck on the idea, but she said she thought so too. Weather she wanted to go or not was beyond me, so I left it a while. Recently, I got back into contact with our mutual old friend, who suggested the lot of us meet up as a group. I liked the idea since we always had a great time together in or out of class, and I told her I’d be great with it, and that I’d suggested that me and my friend (she doesn’t know I like the girl) head out into town a while ago anyway.
Anyway, that was two nights ago, and now my crush seems a bit peeved off and seems to think the whole thing’s been arranged without her knowing, which is completely not true – the whole thing is hypothetical and the fact is we’ve just not caught a minute to chat since we broke up from school since she spends a lot of time taking care of her brothers.
The two thing she seemed most annoyed about, though, were that she thought she’d been left out of the loop, and that there’d be other people there.
I messaged her back telling her that there was no point getting upset and that it could all be fixed and sorted and that I just wanted to make her happy, and ended it saying ‘So do you wanna tell me what’s up, or are you gonna keep giving me the cold shoulder here?’
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if she actually just wants to go into town alone with me for a day out, or if she’s just in a bad mood or a bit drunk (it’s half past ten on Christmas Eve and while I don’t drink, I know she does on occasions).
