I've always loved my dream world. And in times when I am stressed, depressed, or sad--I'll give myself permission to sleep a bit longer. But short or long, my dreams help inform me about my subconscious. I keep a dream journal and through the years have come to recognize my own 'dream dictionary.' For example, we being in water always means 'rebirth'. Dreams are sometimes a great antidote for present-day life. Just don't stay there--we are meant to live--and anyway then our dreams have more fodder for creation.
