Still stuck on my ex?

My ex basically played me yet I still love her. She moved on and I haven’t and I don’t know why. Why do i still love her? I mean, i tried moving on, but i just can’t because i end up hurting whoever comes near me because i still love her. Please help

Sometimes it takes awhile to get over someone. You can't force yourself to do it. Everyone is different in how long it takes. Don't rush yourself into being with someone else. Allow yourself to heal and in the meantime just try to focus on other aspects in your life. It'll get better I promise. Baby steps.
