Not to rain on your parade, but saving up that much money in two years is... ambitious. Very much so. In order to be able to do such a thing, you'll need to set aside some $262 per week if you have the entire two years. That basically means you'll either have to get a part time job at the very least (say 24-30 hours at $9-10/hr), and work every single week whilst only spending very minor amounts of it. If you're properly qualified, you might be able to get something with better pay and less hours, but considering this is to get into university, that doesn't seem overly likely.
Unless that's feasible, you might have to consider other things. Asking your relatives for donations, loans (from either the government or relatives), a longer time to save up, working significantly more than what I'd previously mentioned and so-on.
It comes down to this: there is no easy way to make a large amount of money. If there were, people would be doing it all the time. You can save on things - don't smoke, don't go out, don't drink alcohol, make food yourself instead of ordering out, move to a smaller place (or back with your parents), get rid of your car and whatnot - but in the end it's something that's not easy to do. It's worth doing, certainly. But it's not going to be easy or fast.
Best of luck!
