rejection fear (need advice)

hey, i am Jess and like my friend Scott. I did not confess to him yet and he is leaving town in few days and he hasn’t been talking to me for a while and I think he is avoiding me from few days.He isn’t replying my texts or calls and if we meet each other by chance he just says hi and then just leaves. We used to be good friends and i think i am a lot distracted by the fact that we are not talking anymore.I think it hurts more because I dint confess yet, but again I don’t want to confess and get rejected especially when he will be leaving town and I think I need some help forgetting about him and please don’t tell me to go out with some other guy. I can’t until I am over Scott.

You can't get over Scott unless you confess about your feelings to him. You'll always be thinking about what would have happened. I won't tell you that he won't reject you or something like that, because he might. But you won't know unless you try right? Rejection is a part of life. And well if things work out, its great right? But if they don't, there are a lot of things you can do like read a book, watch a new show. Go on tumblr or just hang out with your friends. You'll be fine :)
