Please help, I just need someone to talk to.

I’ve been feeling really down lately. There’s so much going on in my life, and I have no idea how to deal with all of it. I feel as if I have nowhere to turn. I’ve begun having panic attacks again, at night. I haven’t told anyone about it and getting out of bed everyday takes so much effort. I feel like my head is going to explode.

if you feel you have no one to turn to, that is never the case, I promise. if you think medication would help, an easy step is just going to your physician and talking about how you have been feeling and if you can get any meds. they will ask you to come back a few times to check on how the medication affects you. if that is not what you want, try going to a counselor. they are not as expensive as a psychiatrist or psychologist, but if they are concerned enough they may refer you to one. if neither of those are what you want to do, I will always be open to listening. asking for help is one of the hardest things in the world but it is also one of the best things you can do.

You have to live your life, there are enjoyable moments that only you can create. If the problems are piling on, it's now time to take some you time and get yourself in order. Stress will cause you to panic, lose hair, cry constantly, etc....that doesn't sound very pleasant to me. You have to now sit down, think about which problems need addressing now and then push the rest to another day and just have a hot bath or watch a stupid movie or drink some tea. A life with only stress and work, isn't a life at all.
