It's good that you're thinking ahead, however you are seeing the finish line and ignoring what's right underneath your feet while you're running.
If you're bad at maths and physics, electronic engineering is of course going to be difficult. If you like animation and are good at it, I think you would do far better in that, since you'll enjoy it and your work performance would only be good. The better your skills, the better the pay!
Also, I'm sure there are solutions to your father's situation. If he is a working man and growing unhealthy, there are bound to be some benefits or grants the government would allow. Look into it, talk with your father and don't shoulder these huge responsibilities by yourself!
