Panic Attacks

I have MAJOR social anxiety. Whenever I try to talk to people about it they just act like it’s nothing and they must have it too just because they got nervous when someone talked to them. I’m not trying to be rude or insensitive because some of them might actually have anxiety. I just get panic attacks on a daily bases. I always get at least one- two, sometimes three panic attacks when I’m at school. What can I do to help them without drawing attention from everyone around me?

Here's a trick that a good friend of mine taught me, it's a breathing exercise, and it usually helps me when I'm experiencing a panic attack. Take a deep breath, and start slowly counting backwards from 30. Pace a slow, deep breath with each number.
For example: *deep breath* ..30.. *deep breath* ..29.. *deep breath* ..28 And so on. If it doesn't help enough the first time around, go through the process again. Remember to take your time with it.
The reason this may help is that it helps slow your heart rate and it gives yourself something to focus your attention on, instead of the panic attack itself.
