A strong desire or a preference, yes.You could show her a picture of what you want. Then ask her what she thinks. Open the door to good communication between the both of you.

Talk to your girlfriend - she is the only one who can answer this for you. And as for fetish - maybe it is a kink or quirk more than a fetish. But there is nothing wrong with having sexual preferences
