Is Public Relations a profession?

Hi I am not a native English speaker, can you explain me if Public Relations is a profession (as doctor, architect…). On visit card can I put my name and under it to the occupation – Public Relations?

Hey there! Public relations is a career, yes! It is a known job, public & human relations. It is safe to put this on a green card/visiting card. :)
