If she is divorced then you can absolutely have feelings for her! if her husband has a new family and kid then its obvious they dont like each other ...you can love her i dont think its a sin to love.
I don't think it's a sin, because it's love. But you should know that Jesus already died for your sins and God forgave you and he loves you more than everything.

I don't believe in the religious concept of "sin" - but to me, sin is anything you do which intentionally hurts another person. She is no longer with her husband, so I don't see the problem with having a relationship with her!
