I’m working on a project, and while I can find tons of info on Schizophrenia, I can’t seem to find what an actual schizophrenic’s file looks like. Like, what the doctor uses. So, would it include other personalities/identities? What kinds of notes would a doctor write? It’s for a movie, so I’m trying to make the file look as realistic as possible.
