I’m underweight, now what?

I am freaking out!!!
I just calculated my BMI and turns out it’s 18.3! I’m underweight!
I’m 5’7 and 114 lbs :( (169cm and 52.4kg)
I’m not even trying! I don’t have any eating disorders or anything, sure I feel fat at times but I’ve NEVER starved myself!
The only cause for this is can be my lack of appitite, I just can barely eat anything and it’s making me more concerned about my dizzyness and the light headed thing. Guys, could this be cancer after all?

The only other thinkable sources for my lack of appitite is my anxiety or lack of excersise and not spending time outdoors..

I’m just wondering if I can gain back my normal weight, I want my BMI to be at least 19.3..So that means I need to gain 3-4 kg. (I calculate in metric units, sorry bro)

So how do I do that? My mom usually picks some random food like rice and shit which is clearly not enough…I’m just scared for my health, like, no wonder I’ve been feeling funny..

So, is there any way on how I can gain my normal weight back and possibly my appitite as well? It’s really annoying to feel slightly nauseous while eating :/

Stop freaking out. Stressing about being underweight makes you lose more weight. Cancer doesn't generally allow you to maintain a weight. But, if you're honestly concerned go to see a physician and get an evaluation.

What's been going on with your mental health? Depression? Anxiety? Or just in general a lack of appetite. Are you getting enough sleep? Eating enough vegetables?

Also remember with BMI it's just a number. It's not necessarily an accurate representation of what is healthy for your body. Physical builds, bone structures, and nationality/ethnicity play a big role in healthy BMI it's a soft guideline at best.

If you are seriously concerned about cancer seek a physician. But first back away from WebMD.

If you are really worried, the best idea would be to go to your doctor and talk to them about it. Otherwise, chat with your mom (because mom advice is usually a good thing to rely on) and figure out if she can set bigger meals for you, or take you to the doctor.

Workout/Exercise. Gain muscle and increase metabolism and appetite. win win.
