I feel like i’m fat. Mom told me that i have my curves and shape. But i’m too insecure :( i dare not wear the shirts which show my body. And i don’t feel comfortable with my school uniform. Because most of the girls who are skinny really look goods in our school uniform unlike me. :( Some of my friends say I’m fat :( . I try to lose weight instead i starve myself :( i try doing work out. but since i have a breathing problem and asthma. My parents and doctor strictly banned doing long time work out and stuff :( what can i do?

Talk with you doctor or begin with your parents about seeing a nutritionist. If you're unable to exercise, a better weight and walks can help you. But to change your thoughts on yourself you need to be more positive. A little bit of positive thoughts about yourself each and every day, written down in a book or spoken/thought to yourself in the mirror. Look at yourself in the mirror, the moment you critique yourself begin complimenting what you like, if nothing, start with your eyes. Then slowly move to areas you like less and less, and COMPLIMENT them. Don't put yourself down. Love yourself. It's tough, but keep it up.

there are little changes you can make throughout your day that could help. For example, walk to school and back everyday instead of having a parent drive you and instead of taking the bus. Also , choose healthy , such as apples instead of a sweetly sugared snack. Take stairs not elevators nor esclators. Day after day these little changes add up to big results. Hang in there and be good to yourself. Also remember, your still growing into your body, thats why it's often called " that ackward stage" and trusr me when I say , as you get older and grow, you will grow out of that "ackward stage " It gets better i asure you,

also I realize you have breathing issues, ...im not saying to sprint to school, ...walk at a pace thats right for you. see your doctor first for a green light to do so. And I did not mean to imply you do not already eat healthy, what i ment was read lables, it is amazing how many healthy things are loaded with hidden sugars . Such as some brands of granola bars. Labels can have such awful trickery to them, research and know what to look for on them . take care and keep in touch here, coz, we at blah, will always be supportive .:)

You don't need to be perfectly thin to be gorgeous! As long as you're healthy, you should keep your chin up. You don't like the way you look? Fake it 'till you make it! That's what I did. I used to be really insecure, but when I faked my own confidence, it actually just started to come naturally to me. A lot of the models I've worked with have told me that's how they've built up they're confidence. Don't listen to what other people have to say about your body. It's YOURS. You can do whatever you want with it. And if your peers don't like it, use that as inspiration to come out on top with whatever you do. Then you have something with actual value, and all they have is their "skinny".
