its only been 3 session and and I am not so sure what to do. she’s so nice and caring, nobody else is like that to me! I don’t know what to do. All I know is that I’m going to end up even more upset and not see anyone else. Any tips/advice?
It's understandable to get a connection with your therapist. It's their job to care and to make you feel comfortable. Try to relativize a bit and see it as a professional bound. There is no need to be more upset. She's your therapist and she's there to help you.
Ask yourself these questions what does attachment arise out of? Why do individuals depend on others for psychological security? What are the cons and pros of attachment? What is the importance of direct perception and theorization? Ask yourself question about yourself and answering in direction perception is understanding this self-knowledge is wisdom(peace).
